Objectives

The primary objective of this mock project was to help The Cozy Cafe

establish a stronger digital presence, improve customer engagement,

and increase weekend footfall through a well-rounded digital

marketing strategy that focuses on social media, content, and

website development.

- Inconsistent Instagram activity and poor content planning

- Absence of an online menu and contact form

- Lack of awareness among nearby residents and office professionals

Recommendations

The recommendation was to create a holistic digital strategy focused on storytelling, consistent branding, and local community connection through social media, a refreshed website, and email marketing.
